Thank you for participating in PFAD 2010 and supporting the “Say Yes to CPS!” campaign by making a Commitment Pledge of Support to your school of choice. Our goal this year was to create meaningful, tangible and ongoing relationships between participants and schools. We received pledges with net values ranging from $1M-$1.9M that will be realized at the school level. Your presence and Commitment Pledge of Support demonstrated the importance of education and your dedication to Chicago Public Schools (CPS) and its students.

Commitment Pledge of Support (REQUIRED)

As a PFAD I commit to develop a continuing relationship with a school. I pledge to commit cash or in-kind resources (i.e. volunteer time, school supplies, field trips, job shadows, office equipment, etc.) to my assigned school at the following level during the 2010-2011 school year:

If you are making a monetary contribution please make check payable to: Board of Education, City of Chicago. Principals will deposit checks directly into the school’s internal accounts. Any donation to CPS is tax deductible.
